Summary: This TV fails at life :( 2008-11-16
Comment: I got this TV for a present, and had very high expectations. Originally, they were met, excellently, as I just used it occasionally, and the hi-def looked great. However, after I began using it more, I discovered that the audio will get off after 20 minutes - unlike the others, on mine, if you shift inputs or change channels, it does not return - you do have to turn the tv on and off. Also, with mine, the audio sync applies to all inputs - try playing Rock band when you have a 2 second sound delay - not fun. I've contacted Westinghouse no less than 10 times about it, as it seems mostly like software problems with it, and they had an update, but took it down - said their webpage wasn't working, and basically told me to shove it. Sadly, I am probably going to buy a Samsung and just use this tv casually again - greatly disappointed. :( I would recommend just buying a better brand of tv, (i.e. Samsung, Toshiba, Sony, etc.) as you'll probably have to buy another one, much like myself, and buying one nice tv is cheaper than a cheap tv, and then a nice tv.

Summary: Sound and Picture Sync Issue 2008-07-15
Comment: I bought this tv a few months ago and it seemed the picture and sound were not in sync. My husband thought I was making this up...obviously NOT! TV is still under warranty, so I'll call Westinghouse and see if they'll take care of the problem. My suggestion is to buy a different tv, it's very annoying watching this and not really all that cheap.

Summary: Great TV for a Great Price 2008-04-18
Comment: I've picked up this item to replace a Insignia HDTV that had some issues. This one has been a dream. Very vibrant color display on everything. Works great with my Xbox 360, my PS3, my HD channels, and Blu Rays. Displays up to 1080i which looks beautiful through HDMI. Convenience of two HDMI ports, and more video ports on the back. I used the TV speakers from May to January(when I got my surround), and found no delays or issues. Even with surround no issues of a delay. I highly recommend this for the price.

Summary: Use HDMI Connector Only 2008-03-11
Comment: I too noticed the lip sync issue, however the TV is fine if you use an HDMI cable only.
I use one from HD cable box and one from an upconverting DVD player. No lip sync problems whatsoever when I use HDMI only.

Summary: Wonderful viewing at a low price 2007-12-31
Comment: I purchased SK-26H240S 26 inches LCD TV last week and it seems to be good TV at a bargain price. I have gone through the critical reviews posted by various people and found the the issue of lip synchronization is not true. Along with this TV I purchased a Polaroid double screen 7" DVD player (comes with connecting AV and other cables) and connected the same to watch the graet action movie- The Troy. What a great viewing it was! Every thing was perfect. So guys hook up a good DVD player and watch the performance of the Westinghouse LCDTV at a low price.
