We purchased the Samsung PN63C8000 TV & received 2 of these glasses with the kit & purchased 2 more @ $149.00 each + tax. When we got home & watched the first 3D movie, excitement filled the room. Within an hour I realized there was a serious problem. Everyone kept having different problems @ different times. IE: loosing sync with the TV, Colors fading in & out, Color shifts from red / blue & green... We returned the glasses & got a new kit(2pair) & swapped the purchased pairs out. Same problem with 3/4 pair. I'll get to the point here to save a (little) time. After multiple calls & Trips to the seller, I googled the problem & found similar experiences & some tips to resolve them.( Which I've included below) Some problems persisted so I contacted Samsung, which had the BEST attitude & ease of contacting tech support I've ever experienced with a major manufacturer. Through experience, other user tips & Samsung recommendations we now have the best 3D set up I've seen. Try the following. I...Read more

These glasses are also compatible with the mitsubishi 3d kit. The glasses use CR2025 batteries that are easy to change. If the glasses die on you during a movie you can quickly change the battery and be back watching in seconds VS waiting for you to charge up the rechargable ones.
