I purchased the 19" RCA LCD TV the day after Thanksgiving and was very disappointed with picture quality. Thinking I just might have a defective unit I returned it and replaced it with a second unit. But my experience with the second set was identical to the first. Picture quality is poor (brights too bright, darks too dark, color something less than vibrant). After trying all suggestions to improve the picture in the user's manual, and, even consulting the online trouble shooting guide on the RCA website, I am convinced the RCA 19" LCD TV is, basically, just not a good set.
