I am having trouble but Data Exchange is terrific company to buy from. I couldn't get the TV to work so they send UPS to pick it up. I haven't had it returned so will come back later and give a better review.

I bought this TV from Walmart. The DVD jammed within 3 days. I returned it, then 2 month, the DVD jammed and I couldnt get it out. After hours with customer service, still unsuccessful. I finally pryed the DVD out with a knife while TV on its side and got it out. After 2 more months, DVD died completely. After being bounced back and forth many many times with Polaroid and Proview customer service because they both said the other had to do the repair, I had to pay 75 dollars to have the TV shipped back to the company. They told me to send the TV back. I sent the TV and the cord back as instructed, they sent a TV back with no cord. I asked for my cord back since they lost it, but they told me I had to pay 28.00 for a new one. I asked to speak t the person in charge because this was a scam and they all kept saying they could not send out an accessory unless I pay for it. What an absolute horrible experience for a 550 dollar TV. No wonder polaroid filed chapter 11!!
