Within a few months the DVD player stopped reading DVD's and would make a clicking noise. After waiting on hold for close to an hours they told me I had to pay to ship it back. Over a month later I called and waited on hold about another hour to be told I never sent it in. So when I told them I had proof from the post office I got a new DVD player in the mail within a week. Now, 4 days after my 1 year warranty the "new" DVD player goes out again. (Same clicking noise as before and then says "No Disk".) So after waiting on hold 20 min. I get a guy and he tells me I've never called in before and when I tell him it shouldn't matter he takes my name and address and then puts me on hold for another 15 minutes before I have to hang up. After reading other complaints I'm waiting to see how much longer until the screen goes out completely. What a rip off! 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful: By Detailed (Cincinnati, OH United States) - See all my reviews This review is from: Polaroid 1913-TDXB 19" LCD and Built-In DVD Combo (Electronics) This TV has terrible Digital reception. It gets less than half the channels I can get with two other digital TVs. I've tried all types of antennas and a separate amplifier. No improvement. I sent it off for repair and it came back the same. I think it was just designed with a very poor digital tuner. It works fine for Analog signals but they are going away soon. I would never buy this TV again. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful: This review is from: Polaroid 1913-TDXB 19" LCD and Built-In DVD Combo (Electronics) I have Polaroid 32' widescreen, and all the Digital channels are not compatible with the digital tuner that's in the TV'
