I bought this tv at ralphs. With tax it was $258.oo. this was to replace my other 19"tv this is a blast!. I love it. it seems to be bigger than a 19" if you take a few steps back. But yeah Apex is good i had my last tv for 10 years. it still works. i bought it from walmart.I gave it to my parents. but what sucks about it is that its in mono. not stero. but it doesnt bother me because i have direct tv.

but im going to buy a surround sound for my bed room. i love the tv. i would recommend it.

Bought this for my mom, thinking what a great deal. First time she installed it it started smoking from the back, seriously. Customer service was very helpful, paid for her to have it reshipped and gave her a new one. This one was crap as well. Got a full reimbursement. There's a reason these TV's are on sale everywhere, they stink. What the hell is "Apex" anyways? Learned my lesson. On the bright side: customer service was very helpful. Must be because they have a lot of experience putting out fires (literally and figuratively).

I bought 2 of these before Circuit City went out of business.
First one died within 2 months.
Both had dead pixels out of the box.
The sound is weak and tinny with no bass even at max bass setting.
The second LCD is starting to behave badly after 4 months of use. At times it just cuts out and you lose the picture for a few minutes.
Calling their support is a waste of time. Don't bother.
HDMI on this thing is a joke connector and never functioned on either TV with any cable or HDMI device at any setting.
The remote control is very cheap with very small buttons that will wear out very quickly.
This is a brand that should only show up in a Big Lots store not a major electronics outfit.
Trust me, this is pure junk electronics and should be avoided at any cost.
