JVC LT-46PM51 46" LCD HDTV w/ Teledock 1080p 120Hz

The color is GREAT and the TV works, but a lot of features are quite annoying and when you add up all the annoying things its a really big deal. I had a 37 Panasonic, which I loved but wanted a bigger one, and I am tempted a lot to switch back to my 37 inch.

1. The TV takes longer than normal to turn on when you press the power button
2. The remote is terrible. The buttons are small and its not illumiated so at night you cant see a thing
3. The sleep timer doesnt give you a count down (panasonic does) for you to decide if you want to extend the time or change your mind. you set it forget that you did and the TV just turns off when you are watching something , it drives me crazy.
5. When I turn the TV on, I cannot adjust the volume right away (weird), I have to wait like 5 mins before that feature is available to me (dont know if my TV is bad) but annoying
6. The controls would have been better if on the right side and not the left
