Hannspree ST329MUB 32" 1080p 60Hz LCD HDTV

I recieved this as a gift (12/2010) and it goes beyound my expectations. I had never hear of this brand before, but after doing research, the quality and reviews are great!

It has wonderful picture quality from all angles of the room. And the sound quality is not that bad when you use the built-in speakers.

The picture quality and HD aspect work beyound words. I would reccomend this product to anyone looking for a high quality flat screen at an affordable price!

I also bought this tv through costco but I had no problem with the remote (seems quite adequate to me) and thank goodness I didn't need to call India-(not sure about this issue since costco has an install service one can call which I don't believe is forwarded to India-but I could be wrong since I didn't have any issues). The setup was easy and the picture is excellent. I was concered about the 60Hz versus a 120Hz unit but the picture quality on this is unit is above and beyond anything I expected. The reviews on Costco convinced me to give this tv a try(as well as the price!), and glad I did. It appears that Amazon's price is comparable so if anyone is considering a 32" HD TV without any frills(3D, Internet) but with an excellent picture give this one a consideration. out of the box it's ready to go; no screwing on ab base piece; all cables included, too; batteries too.
What's not to like?
The picture with no cable box is solid.
I'm using 5 Hannsprees and LG TVs in my place; I prefer the ease of use of the Hannspree.
