My job (and my hobbies) require that I stare at screens for extended periods of time. Like most people, I'd get tired or dizzy, and florescent light just makes me feel ill after a while.
My GUNNAR optics glasses work great for keeping the nausea at a minimum, and I find I don't have to rest my eyes for extended periods of time before I can get back to work.
If you wear glasses, get your RX in these. While they make ones colorless, I prefer the yellow tint, If you're like me and you wear contacts everywhere, the zero prescription lenses are great for simply putting on and taking off, without consequence.
They're incredibly light; I barely notice I'm wearing them, but don't let the weight fool you, they're surprisingly durable.
Well worth the expense!

There is definitely a noticeable magnification, especially around the edge of your field of vision. Almost like the edges of the screen are slightly closer to your eyes. This took some getting used to. The yellow tint of the lenses wasn't noticeable after about 20 minutes of gaming.
I had to do a little work on Sunday and I'm wearing them at work today (Monday). My job involves everything from web coding and design to configuring/setting up SQL databases. I've been a code monkey all morning and really am starting to appreciate these GUNNAR...Read more
